RETURN & REFUND

At Royal Hair Vietnam, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the customized nature of our products, all return and refund requests are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the received date.

Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Technical issues from production

To request a refund, customers must provide:

• Clear unboxing video
• Supporting images showing the defect upon receipt

2. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund, the product must:

• Be in original condition (uncut, undyed, unaltered, unused)
• Not be modified in any way (cutting, styling, bleaching, coloring, etc.)

Any alteration will void eligibility for refund.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept refund requests in the following cases:

• Improper use, maintenance, or storage
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect installation
• Third-party modifications or repairs
• Subjective dissatisfaction (including color or density expectations)

4. Refund Amount

• Approved refunds will be issued at 100% of the total order value
• Shipping fees, transaction fees, and service charges are non-refundable

5. Return Process

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Products must be securely packaged
• Returns must be sent to our designated address

Refunds will be processed after inspection.
