SHIPPING POLICY
At Royal Hair, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable shipping to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer free shipping within Vietnam for all customers.
For international orders, we provide free shipping on orders over $399 USD. Orders below this value will be charged based on destination and shipping method.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, UPS, as well as USPS/UNI (for the United States) and Royal Mail (for the United Kingdom), depending on the destination and customer preference.
3. Processing Time
- Stock items: 3–7 business days
- Custom-made orders: 6–12 weeks
Orders are processed during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays.
5. Shipping Costs
- United States (USPS or UNI): $35 USD
- United Kingdom (Royal Mail): $35 USD
- Australia (Australia Post): $35 USD
- Other countries: $49 USD
For regions affected by political instability or war, shipping fees will be calculated and confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or any customs-related charges.
Customers are responsible for:
- Paying all applicable import duties and taxes
- Completing customs clearance procedures in accordance with the regulations of the destination country
8. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Royal Hair is not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 3–5 business days after receiving (or expected delivery date).
We will assist in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
10. Multiple Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability and order size.
11. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of any return or refund request.
