For B2B or drop shipping partners, separate agreements may apply.

5. Processing & Shipping

  • Stock orders: 3–7 business days
  • Custom orders: 6–12 weeks
  • Shipping time: 7–20 business days

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on availability

Customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties and taxes
  • Providing accurate shipping information

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are subject to our official policies:

  • Return & Refund Policy (20 days)
  • Warranty Policy (30 days)

By placing an order, you agree to these policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Royal Hair Vietnam shall not be liable for:

10. Dropshipping & Business Use

For drop shipping partners:

  • Royal Hair is responsible for production & fulfillment only
  • Partners are responsible for:
    • Customer service
    • Pricing & marketing
    • End-customer communication

We reserve the right to terminate partnerships if misuse or abuse occurs.

11. Account Responsibility

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You are liable for all activities under your account
  • Unauthorized use must be reported immediately

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or competent courts in Vietnam.

13. Force Majeure

Royal Hair shall not be held responsible for delays or failure caused by:

  • War, political instability
  • Pandemic or government restrictions
  • Supply chain disruptions
