WARRANTY POLICY

Royal Hair Vietnam provides a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

1. Warranty Coverage

Covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Base issues (lace, skin, hybrid)
• Abnormal shedding due to production faults

2. Requirements

• Report within 30 days
• Provide unboxing video + clear evidence

3. Exclusions

Does not cover:

• Improper usage or maintenance
• Chemical processing (dye, bleach, perm)
• Adhesive misuse
• Normal shedding / wear
• Environmental damage (heat, sweat, etc.)

4. Solutions

Depending on case:

• Repair
• Partial remake
• Discount / credit
